2022 Final Rule Is In - Value Based Purchasing Delayed

CMS finalized calendar year 2022 on Tuesday, 11/2/21, and Value Based Purchasing is delayed, making 2022 a “pre-implementation year” and 2023 the first “performance year”. The Final Rule is expected to be posted to the Federal Register on 11/9/21. HealthCare Strategies will post the Final Rule to this website on that date.
